Message: As I purchased a battery remotely for my mother via internet I called the local store in Saint Albans Vermont. The parts employee went above and beyond in assisting my mother. They tested / Removed and cleaned the old battery area. Installed and anticorosion coated new battery terminals. Thank you ADVANCED AUTO.

Message: Was sold the wrong part for my car even after repeating all info multiple times and showing the kid a picture of the part I needed of course i didnt open the box and check it before getting home and tearing the car apart so that was my bad for not makeing sure the kid did his dang job right however when I went back another guy (Thomas)was their very kind far more knowledgeable appalogized refunded my money and further assisted with everything I needed i give the first guy a 1 n the second a 5 lol.
