Message: I received a Christmas gift from my family to have a car starter installed. When I went to retrieve the vehicle, the car decided it wasn't going to behave during the tutorial offered to me by Diane. You need to know that due to obligations I wasn't able to get to the store until very close to the end of their day, yet without hesitation, they took my car back into the shop. Time went by and I felt bad that the staff had to extend their work hours to accommodate me, but they did. After the car was done, David patiently showed me how to use the device, which now worked perfectly. I felt compelled to let people know that even in the midst of a glitch, I was treated most graciously and professionally. To recommend this business does not do full justice to the experience I had. Thank you for your time and help. It will not be forgotten. You gave a woman who walked in having a hard day and released her with a smile and gratitude. Keep up the great work. You deserve 5 stars and acknowledgement for being a super place to seek out vehicle needs.
