He said he was poor at responding to emails, yet somehow I still got an email at 2 AM to respond to a late night question of mine, and a requested phone call before the dealer even opened to reassure me the car was still there before I made a 3 hour drive. The 3 hour drive was well worth it and I highly recommend this dealer. It was extremely smooth and comfortable with no high pressure sales.
